Group Introduction
Venue for education about cultural heritage, a research institution and a cultural center The National Museum Cordillera (Ifugao Museum) is in the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Cordillera Terrace region. More than 10 indigenous groups live in the northern part of the Philippines, one of which houses ethnic artifacts representing the material culture of the Ifugao people.

Established in 1984 with the help of the National Museum, along with the country's support for ethnic minorities, it has become a source of safeguarding the tangible and intangible heritage of the Ifugao community. It also provides an important resource for culture experts and a wide range of researchers studying early Ifugao settlements and practices.

Currently, the Ifugao Museum is operating various programs in addition to exhibitions and education to promote the education and preservation of intangible cultural heritage, informing many people of the culture of the Ifugao people.
Major Activities
Educational activities  Museum on Air Program, Capacity building trainings, Handi Tours.
Promotion of ICH  Lecture-demonstration on the indigenous skills, regular postings/publications, Providing technical assistance, production of video documentaries, Cultural mapping.
International Cooperation   Memorandum of agreement with the National University of Taiwan, Presentation and Sharing of best practices along cultural preservation (Paris, France).
